REHOBOAM.

A visual Claude Code. Your personal knowledge OS.

Rehoboam turns what you read, listen to, and write into a living 3D sphere of knowledge — controllable by voice, by touch, or by typing. Local-first: it stays on your device.

What is Rehoboam

Not just another notes app. A system that thinks alongside you.

Three pillars hold the product together: knowledge that organizes itself, a 3D space to see it, and an interface that speaks your language.

Knowledge OS

Every file, note, or link you bring in becomes an automatically compiled wiki that always cites its sources (Karpathy pattern: immutable raw, curated wiki).

The semantic 3D Sphere

Your knowledge given shape: continents, nodes, and connections you can explore, zoom into, and query like a planet of ideas.

Voice and multitouch

Speak, tap, drag. Rehoboam replies out loud and in writing, with gestures designed to be as natural as an interface can be.

The Sphere

All your knowledge, in a single space to explore

Every domain you know becomes a glowing continent; every page, a node. The Sphere is Rehoboam's home: not a dashboard, but a place where your knowledge takes visible shape.

Semantic zoom, hybrid search, and links between pages emerge as you explore — no folders to maintain by hand, the system discovers the structure.

Designed to stay beautiful even in Simple Mode: clean continents, no superfluous detail, the same wonder for anyone looking at it.

Voice and Simple Mode

Usable by your 85-year-old dad. By voice.

Accessibility isn't a stripped-down version of the product: it's the same architecture, at a different density. Every gesture has a voice equivalent and a visible button — never a single way to do something.

  • Simple Mode layout: one thing per screen, huge buttons with spoken labels.
  • Continuous voice conversation: every reply is spoken aloud and written large.
  • Zero destructive actions reachable by accident; a trusted contact can assist remotely.
  • Errors are always gentle: never a technical message, always "I didn't quite catch that, could you repeat it?"

The dad test

If a screen doesn't pass the test — usable only by voice or with large, obvious taps — it doesn't ship. It's the same requirement that makes Rehoboam beautiful to look at: these aren't two conflicting goals.

Local-first privacy

Your data stays yours, by architecture, not by promise

Rehoboam was born hybrid local-first: the cloud is the only natively cloud part of the product, and it exists only to let your devices talk to each other.

The core stays on your device

Vault, search, and processing run locally on Mac and Android. Rehoboam also works offline.

The cloud syncs, it doesn't own

Sync is end-to-end and optional: it enables access from multiple devices, it isn't where your knowledge "lives".

Explicit consent, always

No data leaves the device without your consent. No training on personal data, no selling to third parties.

Real deletion

Deleting a piece of data actually removes it, wherever it was synced — not just hidden in an interface.
