REHOBOAM.

Privacy

Privacy policy

This policy describes how Rehoboam processes personal data collected through the alpha waitlist signup form on rehoboam.it, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Data controller

The data controller is Lux SRLS, based in Novara (Italy). For any request regarding privacy or personal data you can write to hello@rehoboam.it.

Data collected

The alpha signup form collects exclusively the following data:

  • email address;
  • name (optional);
  • date and time of consent;
  • interface language (locale);
  • signup provenance (source/UTM), if present in the link used to reach the page.

No IP address is stored: the form's anti-abuse protection (rate limiting) is applied in memory, volatile and per single server instance, and never writes or persists the IP anywhere. The site does not install profiling cookies or any third-party tracker or analytics service.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to manage the alpha waitlist and to send any product access invitation. The legal basis is the data subject's explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the dedicated consent checkbox in the form and confirmed with a double opt-in mechanism (confirmation email with a signed, time-limited link).

Data retention

Data is retained until consent is revoked or the data subject requests deletion. Deletion corresponds to the permanent removal of the related record from the database.

Recipients and providers

The following providers are used to deliver the service:

  • Vercel — hosting of the rehoboam.it site;
  • Supabase — database, with a project hosted on infrastructure within the European Union (Frankfurt, EU);
  • the controller's SMTP server — sending of confirmation and any invitation emails.

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data subject rights

At any time you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent by writing to hello@rehoboam.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

In case of discrepancy between versions, the Italian version prevails.
